biosig-tools software package provides format conversion tools for biomedical data formats, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install biosig-tools
biosig-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the biosig-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep biosig-tools *
You will get with biosig-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
